Ok, so while my motor is running fuel flows just fine. No air leaks anywhere, rock solid idle. Once I kill the engine and let it cool, air bubbles start backing out of the HSN and eventually the fuel inlet hose has substantial air pockets in it. Haven't tested this yet but its as if air is being sucked in through the exhaust, engine, and into the fuel system. Only happens while engine is cooling. Engine temps are good. Is this normal?

Not a problem. It's not an airtight system. It's only a problem if it does it while the engine is running.
It's a gravity thing.

Right on. Figured it was normal. Gravity is such a pain sometimes.
