Gotta love the color blue...nice pics.

Yeah the color blue does look good on those T- Birds huh :D

There's blue on thos Air Farce jets? Ohhh, now I see it...you mean that blue stuff behind them...the sky. Easy mistake.:D

I was referring to the Navy blue all over the F/A-18 demonstration team, not the little racing stripes on the F-16 demonstration team. Although, it does my heart good to know that the Air Farce puts Navy blue on their jets, too. Must be some kind of envy thing...;)

I'm not even going to bother arguing with you

even though I am partial to the T-Birds, atleast I will post some pics of the Blues!!!! :D

I would post pictures of the T-Birds if I had some, but I'd actually have to expend energy to dig them out of the web...I'll leave that task to you.

maybe you missed my point, I said that I did expend the energy to post something other than what I am partial too unlike *cough* you *cough* :D

And I do appreciate your efforts...I just like to stick with what I know...and I don't know T-Birds...I leave that to the Air Farce. :D

I really like that pic of the jets flying near/over the statue of liberty. After what has happened as of late, it kinda does bring a bit of a sense of serenity, knowing that they are in fact around ready to fight when and if need be.

I hate to break it to you Matts but those jets are NOT ready to fight. I'm sure they could be made ready those.

Nice as that thought is...and though the jets are combat capable, they are not used in that capacity.

They are flight demonstration teams. They are there to show the flag and be used as a living recruitment poster. They also show the world what our pilots are capable of...imagine what they could do to the bad guys if they were armed.
