It’s had a full strip down lol it was nitro a week ago this was supposed to keep me busy while off work for 10 week after a knee opp

Now what to do ??
 
uploading to youtube then posting here seems to be the best way. i use a site called "streamable" that lets me upload the video then i copy a link over.
