I'm not aware of anyone making an aftermarket head for the 8.o I was able to put an OFNA head on a HPI Nitrostar .15 by trying different ones until I found a head at my LHS that had the bolt holes match up. There shouldnt be any reason you couldnt do it for that motor either. Your only issue may be finding 1 to match up with the .50 block. That is a very uncommon motor size.
