after_market engine head

does anyone have the new after market engine head on there stock savage motor? the name if the head escapes me for the moment but i put that on my savage motor....DEAR GOD A WHAT HUGE DIFFERENCE!!!!!!!!!!!I had to lean out the carb about a 1/4 of a turn just to get the thing goin cause it ran so cool!!!!!
If u want long running time out of your bb, this is the way to go. i ran 10 tanks through it on race day without stoping it 1 time!!!!!!!!, (thought i killed the darn thing) BUT NO, i didn't. This is number 2 on critical upgrades for the savage. So far, i have figured out that hpi has done such a good job on the construction of this truck that my list goes....
1. change pipe(must do)
2. fridge head engine head(if using stock motor)
3. upgrade to rear cvds and front steel dog-bones
4. optional aluminum shocks(it came to my surpirse after landing A a 6 foot table-top jump on a bad angle that i blew all 4 shock covers on the rear of the savage durring a RACE, PULLED out 5th

well, so far these r only crucial upgrades i have noticed on the savage so far....knock on wood!!!

I have the crazynutracing head for my 21BB (it's on the opening shot on our FRC vid "Savage Car Jump"...that ran cool. But now I run the Hyper 8 port. I might get the cnr head for that too.

Hey whats the exact name for the after market heat sink head coz i still have the stock one and it sux !!! i can never keep the temp at an exact spot like on momenbt it will be copld then when i check iot again it is extremely hott i dunno what to do so i will get the head so i can see if it makes a big differnedce so i need the exact name if u couild do that that would be great thanx!:radio:

I have the MSJ head on my OS .15 CV-X and WOW, talk about a difference. It is worth it's weight in gold, in my opinion..

I am going to get an aftermarket head soon, as soon as I am done breaking her in but in the mean time, what should I use to clean the stock one. Every one recomends somthing different and I don't want to eat the anodizing off. ???????
