Advice on slayer throttle servo problem

Hello, yesterday was driving my slayer and noticed the throttle servo would not open full throttle. What's very odd is when the engine is off it opens no problem but when its running it starts to trip out and not go full throttle. But by hand I can fully rev it and its fine. Could it be the servo? It is the stock waterproof 2056 with stock spring. Heard those are bad.

It could very well be the servo. It could also be the linkage binding.

Sounds like some kind of glitching, if you have another servo, I'd try it. I'd also check all of your wires, make sure they're not pinched or cut.
