Here's what my wife and I just finished up doing as our the weekend project. We pulled out the weak lower center support in the front of the truck and added 2 stainless steel 1/4" braces. The lower rear support was removed and beefed up with 1/2" stainless.

At the top is 1/4" stainless that runs across both shock towers and is inserted through 3/8" stainless rod that runs from the front to the rear of the truck. It probably took 5 hours to do this since each whole that was drilled had to be precise since there is no give in the materials we used. It really didn't add much weight at all considering what was added to the truck. Glad its over

Nice job.

Hope no debris got down into your carb since it is not capped off.

Thanks.

i just pulled the air filter off and removed the tank just to keep out clutter for the pic, then immediately reinstalled them.

looks good dude, all Mammoth owners in Spain are looking for a rigidity solution on their mammoth, looks really good, do you know wich is the total weigh?

We did it over the weekend. I was able to get some tubing from a guy down the road. He is an electician.

It might bave added half a pound.
