Where is the backpressure fitting? Its it on top of the lid itself or on top of the tank? If its on the tank and not the lid, you can either mod the tank or buy the newer version. This eliminates the backpressure pissing of fuel into the exhaust. Easy fix, but, can be frustrating and cause excessive stalls if left unfixed.

Break-in temps I like to keep below 250 but no less than 180ish. 225 seems to be my happy spot.

It’s on the tank do you have a link for the other tank? I’ve been keeping the temps at 220 so I’m on the right track just was not sure if it was different than a .21 thanks

There is a pic of the new tank.

Find an LHS in your area that will order it for you. Its the exact same part number as what you have, however, if the LHS orders it you seem the get the one with the fitting on the lid. Online, you can't tell.

Not to mention, if the wrong tank shows up, the LHS can send it back.

The other option would be to tap your own fitting.

Just got one off of ebay from someone named Fasteddy. At first I thought it was the one from here until I saw he was from Arizona. Or was he:D

Not at all! You can get some Lexan scissors, or if you have a Dremmel that works great too! Personally, I roughly cut around the body to remove most of the casting, then use a Dremmel to make it look perfect. If you do use a Dremmel, practice some first if you don't already have a steady hand with it. It will get away from you if you're not carefull!

No - you are asking for trouble if you do. Jagged overcuts etc..

Either get some lexan scissors or a dremel tool with the right bit.

how would you use a dremel like what attachment and would you clanp the body some how to keep it still or what
