Run them over, if their dead they can talk.

Ill be willing to bet this was fueled by the parents. How dare you lay a finger on my child. Ill make sure you hang. Instead of their daughter learning a lesson that may save her life again sometime in the future, the parents made sure she learned that you can ruin a good persons life via the legal system.

THAT'S fiddlesticked UP!!!!!!!!
welcome to America You have the right to be beaten!!!!!
So we are forcing the legislation based on the Future telling exact science of Psychological testing...HOLY CRAP!!!!!
We have all just seen another glimpse of a sad future people.....

welcome to the communist state of illinois I am really starting to HATE this state. I agree, if your kid walks out in front of a car, sue the guy they walked out in front of. GEEZ what ever happened to respect your elders. They prolld just did this becuase they thought they were going to get money out of it

I doubt the kid walked out in front of the car for money... just a dumb kid that isn't paying any attention to the rest of the world going on around it. That sounds about normal...

But suing the guy for giving a kid a talking to? I'd sue the fiddlesticking parents for raising a dumb ass kid! (this is general chaos right?)

Man green, it's not communist, it's LIBERAL as in looser! You can thank Dicky Do up in Chicago and the rest of the dems up there for how they have ruined what would otherwise be a perfectly good state. Several years ago my mother (who still lives in Chicago) was in an accident, some 16 year old blew a red light, not just a yellow but full blown red my mom was like the 6th car through the light. Anyway, totals their car, my mom was ok for the most part, but they try to at least go after him or the parent whose car it was but the little prick had no insurance and the father was unemployed. So they get nothing other than what my parents own insurance company gives em. Well several months later the little prick's father tries to sue my parents cause of the accident his kid was in saying he can't get it up no more. I ain't shittin' ya, he really tried this. It was quickly thrown out but my p's still had to deal with it. Remember green it's "peepee peepee Durbin before he peepee's you!"

lol I know, hard to believe that two counties can carry an entire state!!
New York is the same way. The overwhelming majority of upstate counties voted Republican in 2004. But the downstaters in The City tipped the scale giving NY to Kerry. I still think upstate NY should secede....

This unfortuantely is the slippery slope that is being created. It seems every night we see reports of some sex offender who has abducted, abused or murdered some kids somewhere. Giving the image that recitivism in that population is staggering. Now, because of that, there is sweeping kneejerk reactions all over the place. Even if you so much as glance at a minor who is not yours, you are moments from being labeled a deviant. And God forbid you scold or lecture any child who is not your own. Sadly, we have raised and again are raising a generation of children who learn that if someone does something you don't like, you sue them. Or call the cops on them. Or get them sent to jail. A generation who again believes that their actions are not their responsibility. If they go kill someone, it's because of the oppressive, violent society they have been raised in. Or rap. Or punk. Or video games. Sorry libs, the only way to get this race back on track is to make every single person responsible for their actions. Because right now, we have become a people that has found it easier to blame someone else because our lives suck. [/rant]

:preachin: Time for a new revolution!!! And we should start at the law offices, courthouses and Attorney Generals offices. String em all up in the streets and burn the buildings. This country is being fiddlesticked up because there are so many lawyers that they can't make any money unless they write and pass new stupid ass laws. Laws that take away more and more individual constitutional rights. The biggest problem with U.S. citizens is that they don't know the real truth about the court systems and they give the courts jurisdiction of laws that don’t even apply to them under the constitution.
“Jurisdiction
The Constitution of the United States mentions three jurisdictions in which the courts may operate: Common Law, Equity Law, and Admiralty or Maritime Law.”
From: http://www.worldnewsstand.net/freedom/ucc2.htm#Section9 Read it and be amazed at what you gave up the last time you got a speeding ticket and tried to fight it in court. Read and learn more from the entire article here, http://www.worldnewsstand.net/freedom/ucc-connection.htm

I’ve just read the Constitution of Illinois and I found at least 8 sections of their Bill of Rights that have been or are being violated by him having to register as a sex offender. Want to read it to see if you can find them. Click here http://www.ilga.gov/commission/lrb/conmain.htm
I’ll bet most of you didn’t even know your state had a constitution or that your state constitution holds more weight than the “Constitution of the United States” or that, “That” constitution only refers to the area known as The District of Columbia and not the 50 states of The United States of America. That constitution only protects you when you travel out of your state of residence.

man pinblaster for some reason I thought you were some 15 year old kid......sorry for ever thinking that....it's good to see there are people who do want to know about which rights they have and how they are being violated every day.....I read a while ago that our Congress was kicking out some number in the 1000s of pages of legal documents....A DAY!!!!!!....if that is even remotely the case...how can ANY person be expected to understand the law...you can't even read it all......that being said
Candyman I know the word Liberal has been thrown around in the media like a sorority sister at a frat party but I do consider myself a Liberal but I think the complete opposite of what the media portrays them as...I carry a gun and I'm all for death penalties and parents being able to spank kids when they act up instead of doing some psycho babble BS game of what's wrong honey in some swweet sickening voice..IMO I think we need less laws.....not Finite gnat's ass detailed ones cause every situation will be different....if there is a judge in a court he needs to make a decision not just stamp his/her signature on a paper and pass it through........I'm gonna stop cause this is a topic to make me sick.....

abolish the government and establish a new one with SMART people.

and people who aren't corrupt.

if you want to follow government, follow the money.

why do you think lawyers make so much money? they know the law and exploit it. Lawyers, Government, and Politicians really need to be put in their place.

and seriously, enough with all the republican, democrat, conservative, liberal bullshit. When the country was founded, the framers of the constitution didn't want a bi-pole political system. The reason why is it would turn the country into a purpetual war of us verses them: republicans vs. democrats. get rid of it, it's unnecessary.

The problem we have so many laws, rules, regulations, and policies, is because we sit down and let it happen. Example: Red Light Cameras, why? If a vote were taken by the people, I can guarantee that it would have never been approved by the public.

America really needs to take a good look at where we are, where we have been, and where we're headed. Frankly, I don't like what'll happen in the next ten years.

By the end it will be illegal to go outside unless you are going to work to pay taxes.

:spit: Pladfish, I've already seen 15 twice and half way to round 3. I've also been through enough legal crap and useless lawyers, that I decided to start researching the laws, learning how they are written and how to understand what the hell they mean. It pisses me off when I find remedies of law to pass cases that my lawyers never brought up. Things that could have won my cases if the stupid lawyers had actually read the law in full rather than just the first few lines of a statute. Now that I know the truth about jurisdiction, I will never be heard in any court that doesn't have a court recorder (so I can get it on record) in case I need to appeal it in supreme court. Everyone has a right to a jury trial but noone reserves that right because they are in too big of a hurry to get it over with. Then they give up all of their rights and and even self incriminate themselves in a unconstitutional court that a judge can hold you in contemp if you even mention the constitution or bill of rights. Here are a few more great links to find out more about how screwed up our gov. system is. www.infowars.com http://www.amerikanexpose.com/ <--on that one click on "other links" to find all sorts of news and info, you name it they have it linked. http://www.americanpatrol.com/ http://www.givemeliberty.org/ I've got plenty more but that should keep everyone busy for a while LOL

Here is the real truth. I can say this because I am one of the few that is on the outside looking in. TV has fiddlesticked up this country. Yes I watch it too, but here is my observation. We now have Satellite and cable TV with hundreds of channels. We have lots of news shows, although its mostly disinformation and propaganda. Now here is the kicker...We have every sporting event anyone could ever want to watch coming over the airways and into every home (except mine) 24/7/365. Too many ppl are more concerned with ball games and races and could care less what is happening at our town halls, town council meets, county commissioners meetings, state houses and congressional meetings until its too late and laws have already been passed. If ppl would pull themselves away from the ball games long enough to go to some of those meetings and voice their opinions, most of the bull poop laws would never get passed to begin with. Once the laws get passed, it’s harder to get them removed. Mostly because ppl grumble about it to their friends and family but are too lazy to pick up pen and paper and write a letter to their representatives in government. And as soon as the next ball game is on, everyone seems to go brain dead…”Law? What law? Isn’t the game on? What’s the score? Honey, can you bring me another beer? Did you see that half time commercial? What a hoot!!!”. Then 3 days later… Damn it! We lost 3 more rights and they passed 16 more stupid ass laws. Now it’s illegal to cough or sneeze in public, if you do it’s a $5000 fine and you have to be DNA finger printed and have a micro chip implanted that will track your every move, the FBI will raid your home and the CDC will require you to wear a bubble on your head when you go out in public. Wonder what’s next? Who cares its NASCAR Night!!! :wasted:
