Has a scratch on the head.

Evo 1 is correct.
I bought it at the end of last summer.

They say the evo 1 was the best of the evos.
I think they duplicated it with the newest evo.

If you want the airfilter, you can have it.
I suggest a retune if your using anything other than white lightning 30%
I'll also leave the #8 turbo plug in it.
It's fairly new.

If you look closely, you will see the scratch on the head.
Doesn't effect anything. I went for a slide on my roof one day.

How's the compression? Can you turn it over using the flywheel?

I need a spare engine for practice, so I can save my X12 for the races, but I need an engine that can keep up with my X12...

Compression is good.
Yes you can turn the flywheel, but it's a big flywheel.
I can also turn the flywheel on my JP modified, that only has a half gallon through it.
But I know what your saying.

I think that will fit anything that accepts a small block engine. (minor mods)
