This thing freakin' rocks.

I have been putting the final touches on the break in of my STS .21T engine, and ended up putting 5 or 6 tanks through it today. Best fun I've ever had with my clothes on. I didn't find the buggy as hard to drive as many has said it would be. Be I wasn't pushing it that hard, since the engine is still kinda tight.

Here's some shots pre and post cleaning.........Yeah I clean my cars.

I have read good things on how they drive, I just hope the servo problem doesn't creep up. That brace do you have?

This thing got beaten on for almost an hour total. I'm pretty sure it's resolved.

The brace is from Ultimate Products. I like how it goes around 4 sides of the servo, and not 3 like most of the other braces out there.

Man, amazing what a cleaning will do!!! Beautiful buggy! Makes me want one now!

I have about 2 gallons on my 8ight and no servo problems, no extra braces, or orings to cushion the servos. I feel if you set the radio end points properly, make sure there is no binding in the linkage, and cut that long throttle spring they give you by at least half then you will be fine. Oh yeah and use a quality servo.

Lookin' Good! How are those 8ights as far as durability? I usually think of Losi more race, and less bash. I always love giving a car a nice clean look to it.

I wasn't babying it, and the track was as hard as concrete. So far it's holding up great. I've been running the cheapest acoms servo I could find. Just till I'm certain the servo issue is licked.

Sick dude! That things gonna look AWESOME with the new body! (which is close to being finished, sorry they took so long, lots of other bodies)

I just need some white wheels, and the colours are coordinated.

I'm looking forward to seeing the finished bodies.

as far as bashing they do sell some aluminum suspension parts to beef up the front and rear.

I just came back from putting a Liter of fuel through this thing. :w00t:

I did change some things i the setup for this outing. I put the softest sway-bars in, front and back. And moved the rear shocks one hole in on the tower. The rear felt allot more planted this time, but I wall have to put heavier sway-bars in the front. I had lots of off-power steering, but on power was not so good.

I just need my Cubics to come in and I'm good to go.

Thinking about doing a race or two in the Danish championship series. Just for fun, I'm not expecting to compete just yet.

No throttle servo problems yet. Oh and this thing is tough as nails.

let me know which cubics you end up with. GRP redesigned the buggy cubic and the new ones have not yet hit the US and I have not been able to find out when they will. The new ones resemble the Panther Switch.

It'll be the old design then. I ordered them from A-main.

Hey guys, I got the 8ight RTR version, Can anyone tell me how to fix the throttle servo problem? I went threw 5 servos in less than 3 weeks.
