Can anybody tell me if this is a good or bad idea? I was looking into some 7 inch hot bodies quake tires mounted on the blender wheel.

Has anybody put them on? Aside from screwing with the handling, what other problems will I face?

Thanks

Thanks for the head up. how about proline 40 series?

by the way your quote about the rhymes is from the Princess Bride, isn't it? Spoken by the Great Vicini?

It depends on which tires you run. Stock tires are 5.75" tall. 40 series pro-line crime fighters are listed as 5.25" tall. Whereas pro-line moab XL's are 6.9"

I do believe that was his name, Vizzini. One of the only movies of that kind of humor that I could actually sit through and think was funny.

Don't forget about the change to overall drive ratio. You'll need to go smaller on the clutchbell or larger on the spur to keep reasonable acceleration and keep from bogging the engine.

I think you will find they will not balance well. I think even my 40 series bowties are horrible. The best wheel/tire combo in my opinion is the Proline Badlands MT tire mounted on Maximizer race beadlocks. The tires are about the same height as revo talons, but a little narower. They are awesome on the track.

Making either of those changes will increase overall torque, which will be required to run the larger, heavier wheel sets, right?
