I've only ran my first stock picco last weekend, still have 2 piccos waiting for funds to reappear so I can sen them out, my novas not here yet!....an yeah I was going to put them in savages, I don't really own anything other than savages....2 truggies but they're both in need of parts, one might not be salvageable!

No mods yet, I'm sure ill send the piccos to Rob though. C-R-E also offers a modded picco/boost .28, maybe on my next purchase from C-R-E ill go for the modded picco/boost .28

I did however get my piccos from C-R-E. Tried from ebay but one came as a bump-start so I sent them back.

Didn't get much time on the picco since I'm trying to use up my axials....again!

That all sounds like a ton of fun in a completely different language, I finished up the first gallon. So just a check if I run 30% I need a thicker head shim under the GPI? or 2 shims? that seems a little big of a gap.

Can't answer your question but I be feeling the same say way alot of these guys really know their stuff around here so sure someone will buzz in and get you going in the right direction. Sorry if I changed things up on you, realized we got a lil off your topic.

The shims go in between the glow plug and the button (flat metal circle you screw the glow plug into)...it helps keep the pitting of you cylinder hear to a minimum, it's gonna happen eventually just happens sooner if you use 30%, by the way this slightly changes the timing of you engine, just cause there is a lil more room in the combustion chamber the ignition happens a little later in the stroke?....you can tune around this
