4wd problems with NEW LST2

My new lst doesn't seem to be driving in 4wd
only the front wheels seem to be working
when i spn the back wheels there is a not nice sound coming from the back diff
though when i spin the back wheel it sill seems to be still turning the driveshfaft
any ideas?
can the high low range do this?

Check the grub screw comming out from the transmision case.
