I wouldn't say a lot. It requires mounts for an extra servo, an extra servo and linkages. Whatever that weighs.

Four wheel steering on a nitro will be hard to control. You will need a very strong servo on the rear and most likely have to run it with no servo saver to try and avoid speed wobble in the rear steering.
