The channel Maker's Muse has a video about printing with some materials to make tires. His focus is on use for battle robots, but I could see it working well for RC stuff.
The one material that looks pretty impressive is the TPU air, which he focuses on a lot. It prints out in a foamed form, but unlike RC foams it seems very flexible and a bit more rubber-like.

 
Interesting RC application that is at least worth a try.

Another RC application I'd like to see in 3D printing is the airless (foamless in the case of RC) non-pneumatic (aka NPT) tire. Image below lifted from WikiPedia and is representative of the concept. Michelin I believe is working something similar focusing more on NPT wheel design than tire design.

ARRMA kinda sorta hints to this in the tire sidewall design on its 1/7 scale Fireteam desert buggy. -AC
