3 speed HPI drifter???

Hey guys, I was sifting through my local classifieds when I found this. The description is "HPI Three Speed nitro drifter car with upgraded moto". It does have a three speed by looking at the three gears next to the engine. It also has a different engine in it. Can you tell me what this car is? Thanks in advance.

Is it worth 200? How rare are the .21 Fusions? Is it the deal of a lifetime, or does it pop up every now and then?

200$ is right on the high end of pricing, they are pretty old (not saying age is bad) and very discontinued, parts are going to be very hard to find. Rarely do RCs increase in price, a few 80s tamiya, kyosho TT, but that's about it. They are pretty rare and might be a once in a lifetime car to even find, but not necessarily expensive.
Super fast cars though.
