i have a 3.3 I'm steadily having to take my motor off to fix the starter, owb, glow plug wire ect. my question is, has any one ever modify to where a drill motor can crank it. tks

My question is......why do ya have to keep replacing the owb? That's sounds kinda funny. And as far as the blue glow plug wire, tie that thing up with the yellow ground, tuck it in the back of your truck somewhere, and get a glow ignitor.;)

He didn't necessarily say that he is replacing the owb, maybe just cleaning it and reinstalling it. Well thats what i would do atleast... instead of buying a new one.

The reason you keep having problems is because these are the weak links with the tmaxx drive-train. Do what icun said and get glow-igniter(rechargeable) then ditch the ez-start. Go with pull start, and never have the owb blues again!

Ez-start is nice to have when it works... but pull start is just as affective and should start it after a couple pulls, if not a single pull.

I didn't necessarily say ditch the ez start. It's works just as good with a good rechargeable ignitor. Clean your owb with DA. Then get a nice new glow ignitor, charge your ez start battery, fire it up, n let er ripppppp!!!!!
