Alright so i got a 3.3 from a friend but it doesn't have a carb. I dont want to spend any money on it until i know it runs. My question is if i can put the carb from my xxx-nt on there. I made a spacer out of steel to hold the carb and it have gasket maker on it.

If it seals air tight at the neck, it should work. Back out the needles some, start rich.

It probably won't run as good as it would with a stock carb, but as scrogg said, if you have it sealed, it should run enough to let you make the decision.
