I Just replaced my piston and sleeve due to the connecting rod/piston breaking, it ran good at idle before it broke, then i replaced the piston, sleeve and connecting rod, i went through the break-in procedure and didnt think anything of the idle problem, now when i got done with my 5 tanks of fuel i set the high speed it seemed to have decent power, then attempted to set the idle, it simply will not idle when less then 1/6 throttle just shuts off right away, when its running, i noticed alot of raw fuel comming up and out the carb, and the air filter intake was soaked with fuel, also when i compared it with another 3.3 as far as fuel flow goes, the fuel line going to the motor is very slow when holding finger over exhaust when cranking and with line disconnected from carb as opposed to my friends which when fuel line to carb was disconnected from carb and cranking motor with finger over exhaust it had a nice stream of fuel coming out, also did same test with mine with carb off, fuel lines are a known good, not restricted in any way 100% sure of it.also has great compression.(as it should new piston and sleeve. any ideas on what to go after?

Seems like there could be a few things - I have had problems with the 3.3 carb and need to order a new one. Seems like the problem has to be in there if you have fuel soaking the foam. Never had that happen to me though.
What kind of temps do you get when it runs?
Is the throttle/brake linkage set right?
Clutch components in good shape?

I actually have the same problem, can't seem to get it no matter what I try. Fuel seems to move slow to carb, needles set to factory, new glow plug, I don't have fuel in air filter, but definately sputtering from exhaust. . . .

I know what it is,,,,,

You installed your piston BACKWARDS.

The notch in your piston needs to face towards your carb, not your exhaust.

BINGO!!!!!!!!
