Check your clutch assembly and make sure that the Clutch springs are not worn or broken.

I don't know what the heck I was thinking.......You need a new mill asap :hehe:
 
I replaced the bearing, now it won't idle, will only start at full throttle... I may have to take it to the lhs.or new mill.
