3.3 engine trouble.help please!new to rc

I bought a traxxas slayer about 3 days ago used.it ran good the first day I had it but I rolled it the first time driving it.I broke the throttle servo(wire came unhooked from the bottom of servo) when I rolled it.after I fixed it the engine wouldn't start.it also seems harder to roll over when I pull the pull start.when I do get it to start it will run for a second then die before I even let the pull cord back down.I am new to this so i have no idea what it could be so please help me out if you can.I can give more details if needed

reset your carb settings to factory and then retune from there, should help ALOT...

try a new plug aswell some plugs will work but wont let it heat up enough to burn the nitro..

check your oneway bearing.

Idk what the one way bearing is

it iss the bearing when you take off the pullstart

If the motor turns over, it most likely is not the OWB (one way bearing)

I'm thinking I'm gonna have to take it to a local hobby shop and have them check it out.anyone know if they might take a look at it without charging me?anyone ever had any experience with this?
