Ok now i am not sure if this is silly and I probably know the answer to this but I have blown a Piston Rod recently in my OFNA .28 I have since replaced it but now it jams at TDC ? id the piston shot ? The sleeve Shot Or both . Feels like the Pinch at TDC is to tight and will not let the piston Cycle. let me know what you think ?

Did you replace just the rod, or did you also replace the piston and sleeve? If you replaced them also, you need to break the engine in again. If you didn't, how much fuel has been put through the engine? It may not be broken in yet, try preheating it.

I just broke in a vspec engine and it would not turn past tdc unless I preheated it. So definitely try
What schrodmode said an preheat it.
