Hell yeah if I get a Revo I am dropping that sucker in it!!! Nice find!

I do know that the sirio 23 was a freaking monster in that thing so I am curious as to what this will do.

yeah the kit is good but you change the whole geometry of the Maxx and it steers like every other 1/8 truck....the great thing about T-maxxes is the short wheel base....they steer like jeeps.....real quick turn...small turn radius......I think the .26 will be a bit much for it...I have a p2 and it has way more HP than anyone needs for a T-maxx...it spools up real quick and has more top than anything else but the sirio.23 (for drop ins)......Ijust don't like the unstable carb they used for it...hope this .26 has those bugs worked out

Is the Maxx alot shorter? I've never even seen another monster truck other than my Maxx lol other than pics of course. Oh wait I have seen a revo but it diddnt look to much shorter

Man that guy is such a newbie. He has only seen a Maxx and a revo LMAO what a Dork!!!! :boxing:

LOL...the Maxx & the REVO are both 1/10 scale MTs......all the comments about the maxx I made go for the revo but add some about that incredible suspension to them....

just got a sirio .23 on ebay for $100! can't wait to get it. is this engine going to rip apart the tranny gears like my .26 conversion did?

Been there, done that!

You guys dont have to do that. With the right set up you can fit a big block engine on a stock chassis. I got wasp 26 on mine on stock chassis.

I got the dynamite conversion before then I switch back to the stock wheelbase and "drop in" the big block. Next step, .30 on stock lenght chassis.

Sorry for the picture. Camera phone.

man that header looks like it was a bitch.....the curves in it are throwing your power band off on that engine I'll bet....but other than that that is soooo cooool.....I might have to mod my maxx to fit a fantom .27 on it now......did you use a stock chassis? and how is the flex from the mill under power? does it go sttraight or pull to one side?

For the header, its working fine. I got all the power that I used to have on a stock headers from the Dynamite conversion. Except I have to drill out the exhaust to compensate for the longer header. I'm getting to much back pressure from the long headers so I have to drill the exhaust out. Just to get rid of the metal thingy blocking the exhaust.

I did use the stock chassis. The blue one with the stock lower brace. But have to use hardcore racing componets alot. From Shock tower, arm, and bulkheads.

Power is too much for this little thing. Turning radius is really small. I have to set up the suspension nicely to even out the weight. Using Traxxas big bore shocks with 4 stock and 4 black trinity spring with 2 holes 80 weight oil. Its really balance on the street and offroad. Not too stiff and not to soft. 80 weight oil to reduce the sway when cornering and prevent flip over.

Also weelies on demand. just like an E-maxx. To much torque as you can see from the head of my engine. Its taking a beating.

Other that that, driveline is upgraded and its a must for .26 and up. Same for the tranny.

High speed is like floating on air because of the shock and spring set up. It evens out the weight for the truck.
