2-speed transmission?

Hi,

I just bought an OFNA Ultra LX Pro buggy, and I was considering a 2-speed transmission for it. Are there any reasons to not get a 2-speed?

Also, I have the choice of "Cam & Lever" or "Clutch Shoe" type. Which is better? I would assume the clutch type is, since it is more expensive, but I don't know.

imo i whould not buy a two speed tranny for a buggy.it whould be ok if your just running on the road...

I'm with you on that one Zandor. Especially when the buggy LX pro comes 50 mph out the box. How much did u pay for it?

$225... It's used but comes with oodles of goodies
