Just some questions that are on my mind before I try out a T-maxx wheel conversion for my N-Pede:

I've heard many people say that the Proline Moab is about as tall as 2.2 tires come, but are there any out there that are taller?

If there aren't any taller tires are there larger wheels than the 2.2 that still take a 12mm hex? (Aside from the 2.8's, not enough of a tire selection for them, and all the tires have tiny sidewalls.)

The search function didn't reveal much to me this time.

i don't know much about tyre makes etc but i do know that by changing the size of your tyre changes your gear ratio. Smaller tyres give better acceleration but a lower top speed and visa versa for the larger tyres.

so consider that when you go to buy your tyres :)

The Proline Moabs and the Imex At's are the tallest 2.2 tires right now, both are 5" tall. IMO Maxx tires are a little too much for a pede drive train.

The 2.2 All-T's are 5.5in tall. The 2.2 Rock Rocks are also 5.5in tall. Another choice would be the Maxx Sized Mashers. They are 5.5in tall.
