2.2" Gatekeeper w/ AR60's

Well, with the rough layout somewhat sorted out, I think this will work. With the narrowest hubs, I picked up a little more than an inch on track width, and the 5.25" tires on the 2.2" wheels seem to match the Gatekeepers ( also Ecto ) wheel base. The AR-60's look massive compared to the OEM axles.

I need to design up some new shock towers and adjust the driveshafts, but so far this is looking like a go.

Those tires look really good on the Gatekeeper. Those axles do have a bit of burliness goin on.

I'm curious as my gatekeeper is my 2.2 as well. After going out yesterday I'm convinced these stock axles may not make it long. I've got 20mm spacers on each wheel and the steering hates me. My questions are, how does it look for the links, driveshafts and steering? Were there any obstacles? I'm considering this swap or an xr247 axle set from redcat.
