can't wait to see the finished product. I here ya about knowing that you did everything yourself, makes you fell good. Did you ever find out anything on the rims and the blower.

The blower I can use one from a Bronco I believe someone said, the rims nothing yet...

No I just got it masked and I'm finishing up on the trimming before I paint. Plus no heated garage and its 29 degrees out so that wont make for good painting conditions :)

UPDATE!!!!!!!!

Body is FINALLY painted! All tape has been pulled, all I need now is to finish trimming a bit. IMO it looks very classic. Ill be getting my hands on a digital cam soon so give me a few more days and Ill have some pics. And for the rims I'm going to do what I saw done and print out some Cragar rims on paper and glue them to dish wheels!!!!!!!!! So Ill have the overall classic look!!!

Yes I am! I was hesitant at first bc there are so many! But I have found a nice clean way to do it

Headlights(white)
Driving Lights (Amber)
Fog Lights(Amber)
Rear Brake lights (Red)
Rear something lights on the side (Amber)

I think it look really good lit up as well..Those leds are the shiz Ram you did a most professional job on them! A+ work!

Keep your shorts on! Pics tommorrow sometime, I convinced my doctor to bring in his digital camera and take some pics of my car :) But Ill have to wait till he gets home for him to email them to me so patience, I think its worth it the only crappy thing is that I dont have the rims that I want so it will not be mounted or anything. I'm going to try to finish the trimming of the wheel wells but I dont know if Ill even get that done tonight either....

.....mounted.....trim.....doctor.....

Something dont smell right! Nevermind! That was just my finger :(

Patiently (hahaha patiently) waiting for pics of the rubber glove, errr I mean car!

LOL nah I work in an orthodontics office. My doctor is my boss but anyways I mounted the LEDS (headlights, Taillights) and I must say(no offense to anyone on this or other sites) this is one of the best looking bodies I've seen. I guess I'm a little biased but I have yet to see a old mustang shell on any RC site :)

I just seen a couple of classic's bodies in RCCA last night. Got my wheels spinning now.....

We will be looking for the pics tonight

Finally after 3 pages lol

Obviously not perfect but not bad for my 2nd shell...The hood stripe isnt the actual stripe and the back in between the lights it should be black but oops...Not bad considering a 2nd shell and hand masked by me. There are LEDS mounted but no good pic of them working but man they are bright..It is now all cut and trimmed up nice and ready to be mounted :)

Hope the wait was worth it...

wow man. that thing looks great. awesome job! maybe you can get some pics of it on your car.
keep up the great work, hope to see some more shells like that from you in the future

Yeah I'm already looking for another muscle car preferably a Mach 1 but I dont think Ill find that one...a nice Charger or Roadrunner would be nice too....

Thanks for all the props I'm pretty pround of it although not mounted...I'm getting a Nikon 4300 this week so Ill have some mounted shots on its chassis with the Cragar rims :) WOOT!
