Hey fellas i have the traxxas 17mm hex conversion & axial beadlock wheels, the wheels are pretty loose like they need a spacer/washers.

Now my question is can i use washers on the wheels & if so is there a special type or can i get any Home depot/lowes washer? also is there a drawback to running washers or should i just start over with a different set of wheels?

the wheel shaft that the 17mm hubs fit onto is smaller then the hole in the hexes so it causes a wobble there is a way to fix it with 7mm battery connecter i will try to find the link for you but what i did was wrap the threads on the shaft with teflon tape to match the size of the whole shaf and it worked great for me ill try to get some pics up to show what i mean lol I'm bad at explaining things:D

Ok heres pics first off olds sry for stealing your pics I'm at work and can't take pics of my own parts lol olds use a steel nut that he laved down to fix this problem great idea sure it works great i did the same thing with teflon tape(its your friend )just wrap the threads to the same size as the rest of the shaft and squeeze the hubs on and poof no more slop and wobble :Dive bashed the hell outa my revo and still holdin strong;)
