I got this upgrade myself and it was dead simple to install.

The nut was included, you don't use the original, it wouldn't even fit.

The kit is complete.

Is this the rear hub conversion, I purchased this and have no idea how to install the sucker.

I figure if my original breaks I can learn how it goes on.

Do you have s picture of what it looks like after installation?
