Well, which is better? in an on-road car say, NTC3, what engine is better? :moped:

Depends on what you want to do. Are you just messing around on your street and at parking lots? Or, are you going to race your car at a track?

If racing in sanctioned races - you will need to use a .12 as the .15 will not be legal. Otherwise, the .15 will be more powerful, but the .12 will wind out faster. either would be acceptable for bashing, flip a coin.

like they said ... depends what you want to do. i like my fantom 15, but I've seen some .12s that can really romp. depends what you want

Wrong the .12s, given proper motor selection, will whip the .15 just because you up the displacement does not mean it will provide more top end speed.

The .12s are more fuel efficent and can smoke the .15s and you can obviously go ahead and race. A fully race prep. .12 will give you more than enough speed given the proper gearing.

Given exact engine to exact engine, a .15 will be faster.

Yes - An RB Concepts .12 is going to be faster than a Duratrax .15, however a RB .15 will be faster than an RB .12

I have to agree with him on this one.

correct, I just did not want the above guy to think that just because you go up in displacement you will automatically have a faster car.
