If you are putting it in the rtr gt then you will need a differnt clutch nut.The stock engine has a special made pilot shaft to fit the gt clutch.Just put the collet then the flywheel then the nut.It should go on the engine without any trouble. The crank may have to be cut.I would also get a MIP 4in1 clutch. You can ajust it and it will idle better. Here is the link to the nut. http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LX3371&P=7
So i dont use the drive hub at all?
I put the stock collet,flywheel,4 in 1 and did not have room for the bell. The creank shaft is notched right at th begining. Do i need a different flywheel to accept the drive hub?
First you put on the collet and washer. Then the flywheel goes onto that. Then the nut i gave the link to above goes ont to tighten up the flywheel. Then tou slide the clutch on.Then the clutchbell with the bearings go onto the nut. Then the e clip to hold the clutchbell on.If the shaft on that engine has not been cut it will need to be cut.Do you have a pic of what you are haveing trouble with? Here is a pic of mine without the clutchbell and clutch on.
