100 mph inferno GT 2 VE

Hello everyone sharing my inferno Gt 2 VE project.

i never ran the stock setup swapped it out with a TP 4050 2310 Kv and HW max 6. So far I got it up to 75 Mph but didn’t push it as it was crazy windy here !
My goal is triple digits with 6s. It’s a great running vehicle hopefully it will be my fastest RC !

Anyone have suggestions for top speed mods ?

Thank You ! hate to run the Mercedes body but it’s more aerodynamic than the dodge body. I’m gonna lock the rear diff and upgrade to cvds soon!

Getting closer 81 mph today going to gear up from 25T to an 30 T the motor was only at 98F … Front and rear sway bars were definitely a great upgrade it really tightened it up ! Only thing was second speed run it completely flipped when I pegged the throttle luckily it landed on its wheels lol this thing is really tough.

Still getting closer to 100 I hit 85 mph new personal best ! Think I’m going to have to take out the center diff and go with a spool to get the gearing ratio closer to 1 to 1

From what I've seen, the closer you get the harder it gets, every little trick helps at this point.

Think your right 5 going up teeth gave me 5 mph. So think the spool is best option maybe lock the rear too ! Until next time take care all !
