Snook cool maxx! What body is that? And can you share the goodies under that body?

The body is a ProLine slipstream ERevo body. Other than a Savage XL body its about the only body that will fit a 15 ½ inch wheel base.

Under the hood is a lot of custom stuff I made. Extended chassis & skids, widened bulkheads (running savage flux diffs) custom shock towers, UE wide track a-arms, Tekno carriers, Ofna fuel tank, revo wing mount, etc, etc…

BRB swiping up the drool.

Now that is a really cool setup. I dont think i would run that if i had it.

No shelf queens in my garage, I build them to run. I polish them up during final assembly, take a few glamor shots and get um dirty.

Having a tmaxx and I'm sure you run yours to the maxx what do you recommend changing on the old 2.5? Its running the 3.3 in it now.
I'm not racing just a weekend fun truck to bash with friends.

Thats whats up snook i never have understood y someone wants to build something so pretty and put so much time into it for it to just sit there.

on my 2.5 with 3.3 I've upgraded my front and rear clip. rpm arms, rpm bulks, steel cvds, planning to go aluminum on shock towers when mine break. I've put aluminum skids and rpm skid plate covers with the aluminum skid cut back so its not bending constantly. and i have a set of brushless t maxx diffs to throw in it when one of my diffs takes a crap on me. I'm also planning to build a 4907 chassis and then add my clips to the chassis. I'm thinking about just doing a big block chassis just havnt made my mind up they are pretty high on the price

Also i havnt done so yet but upgrade to the big bore 4 shock setup it will handle much better

I recommend the Big Block route a big block Maxx is the trig and berries dude!!:D

thats what I'm really wanting to do. what chassis would yall recommend. I woild like to build one to have either a .28 picco or a .28 lrp I'm going to do it eventually but not until I get a better job and can really afford it. I just dont nake the money now

I'm not sure if they're the best but I'm in the process of putting in an order from alza-racing, the guy told me to call back in the middle of June they are testing the nitro chassis, to make sure of proper fit?

The ones I asked about are supposed to be a conversion kit to make a savage5T nitro version

On another note though I went through the UE web page and I think they have some really great stuff

So i checked out the 3.3 tmaxx as i never really seen it in person and and they had the 2.5 there as well. So i got a good look at both side by side. And i must say after seeing the newer tmaxx I'm thinking of just using my tmaxx for full on bash and start running over my buddys stampede lol .
Man they had the losi 1/5ive and that thing looks fun! And cheaper to run.
Anyone ever had one of those?

I would opt for a thunder chassis, maybe I'm bias a bit though ;)

I
Know where to get one if your interested.
