When you made the axles, I'm thinking the axle is just sine all thread? How to you attach it?

I used flange bearings on either side of the block where the axle goes through and just used an m2.5 screw for an axle. One on each side to keep the center clear. The wheels just need to spin, so it didn't require anything complicated.

I am finally getting better at fusion 360 and learning how to program cam for cnc lathes and mills

It's really good software. Some things still give me fits in it, but I am getting used to the way it works.
