Ok this is how it goes it ran fine for a good time and then one day i took it apart and put it back together right way i know because nothing was left and and looked at manual but now it starts when i put the starter in it starts then right as i take it out or let go of the button it turns off it sucks i realy want it to work.HELP:\

OK I just put new spark plug in didn't work but now i am resetting the carb to factory setting i havent done it yet but it is probably the problem because i took apart the engine to fix it and i might of mest up the carborator thanks alot for the help guy your the best!:D

Ok i just got it working but now i have a bigger problem it starts fine the i get it going and i can only go half throttle and it will bog out and die if i hold it down all the way. i have gas in it it will run fine with half throttle. Help;)
 
it sounds like the hsn is too rich at factory settings. my 2.5r will NOT run at factory settings. it did the same thing that yours is doing IF it even started. what was happening is at half throttle it was running ok, but at wide open throttle it let too much fuel into the cylinder and flooded it out. try leaning the hsn 1/8 turn untill it will stay running. I hope this helps.
 
both of your bikes suck, sorry but its all about the cr250's. get with it......

Just redit alot of it piston and vforce reed with lowe suspention and rethal bars and D.I.D chain with exel rims yup thats my bike with a chevy decal kit oo and fmf pipe lol beat that
 
ok, so u guys are all about 2-wheelers.... trx 250r - that's where its at. anyway.. my 2.5r is running just as traxxis 21 described for his. thing is...after a couple of minutes driving it around at half throttle or so (cuz it dies out with more than that) it's running at like 301 degrees. that seems a bit hot, don't u think? should i still lean it out? or do you think i have an air leak?
 
i would personally say that you have an air leak somewhere. Take the mill off and seal the carb and back plate and reset the carb to factory settings and tune from there, cuz if you are running 301 and its not running like a raped ape, then you have an air leak IMO, Take it off seal it up and go from there

I will admit, my bike is sexy as hell but the motors complete $hit.
She looks better with black plastics

DANG THAT BiIKE IS NICE lol i have a stock engine but i have txm ya and i just found out i took of some of my plastic and they put kyb shock slings on lol never new it never remeber paying for it....:D
