I've not owned a Tamiya in an age, and all of mine are electric powered these days. I have an assortment of Traxxas models as well as a few from Tekno RC

Yea, Brand new in the box still shrink wrapped, ran one 20 years ago for awhile. Had alot of quirks but worked ok

Yes the clutch is worn either replace part or an upgrade if any ideas cheers rob
