Whatcha Eating?

Just grabbed a jar of this from Walmart today. Hot dayum I found it! Years ago, a co-worker used to drive to St Louis and his friend there made this salsa that was so hot, sweet, and so good I'd eat a whole jar before I realized it. This tastes almost identical, but not as hot. I'll be adding some heat to it.

I used it and made this:
2 - 8oz packages cream cheese
2 - 5oz cans chunk chicken breast
2 Tbsp Sweet Heat Jalapeño juice
1/2 cup Red Cactus salsa
4oz cheddar cheese (half sprinkled on top)

So yummy!

Looks yummy. Being half assed lactose intolerant this will wipe out the place of residence and surrounding homes.
