I plan to add two zip ties on my air filter, now...should I tie off every nipple that the tubing goes over or it this just a waste of added on weight?

Thanks,

Mike

Zip ties on fuel tubing don't work too well. An alternative is to cut a very short piece of fuel tubing (3mm) and use a pair of needle nose pliers to stretch it over the ends of the fuel line and pressure pipes. The outer tubing acts like a very small, strong rubber band and clamps the pipe onto the barbed union.

I zip tied my fuel tubing once, I don't now though and don't think its really necessary.
As for added weight?? How heavy are 4 or 5 zip ties?

You could just cut a small peice of tubing and stretch it over the end of the tubing going on to the nipple.. I'm sure someone has pictures...

i dont think I've ever had a fuel line come off.. if they do its prolly time to change them because the rubber is getting weak.. you shouldnt need to zip tie it..
