Hey guy's, Does anyone know if there is a non pull-start version of the 1-way bearing in the Z.28R S3, it came as a pull start but i converted it over to roto start and only got about 5 starts then it broke, so I'm wondering if there is a stronger one available, thanks.

Nope; the one-ways are pretty one one way (bad pun). Usually a OWB bearing for a particular engine is more than strong enough, assuming the engine doesn't flood out (which is most likely what tanked your old bearing).

Slight difference between a standard bearing and a one-way bearing. A standard bearing will rotate freely in both directions. A one-way bearing will lock if rotated in one direction, spin freely in the other. Think of it like the sprockets on the rear wheel of a bicycle.

Yes Heartbreark you are correct.....I think it would technically called a sprag clutch. They are used in a lot bigger applications as well such as pneumatic starters on jet engines....

Thanks for the info but i already knew that, hence the name 1-Way bearing.
