YouTube Video Maker?

Just curious if there is a program I can get online for free that can make and edit videos so I can start gettin some up on youtube?

Windows movie maker is one i think.

Yeah I use Windows movie maker sometimes, it was already on my computer so I dont know about downloading it or anything.
