you know what someone should do, someone shouold send him this thread and see what he has to say about allt his. i wanna see what he gotta say

Ok, that's about the stupidest thing I've seen in a while. A 25 powered 1/5th scale truck. Give me a break. The best line was how the drive shaft was stretched to make it work. Yeah, I got a pair of glass stretchers somewhere in my shop, so I guess it might be possible.

I agrewe 100%, that's pretty dumb ass but I've seen much worse on ebay.

Peace

He put the total price of the modified parts as $949. Says that he took the ss kit and "stretched" everything to make it a 1/5 truck. I think he's also stretching his luck trying to get a grand out of this sale. Says that's how the do it in texas ... "Big" well he's got a "Big" challenge trying to sell this BS of a truck. All those mods and claims to only have put a 1/4 pound on the total weight? That .25 engine still has to turn those huge wheels. Ratio is all wrong for that engine. It's gonna be a beast to get rolling. Either that or an expensive paper weight.:loser:

i think we should all bid on it with bogus accounts and raise it up to $55,000... and that SN ravenchild does look familiar... I think he tried to out bid me when I got my used savage..

We could claim that our brother was using our account to place bids.

Please don't start the brother thread again. I peed my pants the last time.

Don't forget, there is a buyer for anything out there.

Love the running up the bid idea! That first savage ($3600) is now "on sale" for a mere $2400. I think I'll wait 'til the after Christmas sale he'll be having...

What? The after Thanksgiving prices not low enough. I bet by spring it'll be down to where it should be.

:ban:
Why the Fc*k what you want 6 S25's? Why would you want 3 S25's? No reason whatsoever. I think someone who makes a post to make fun of someone who put time and money into his project should be awarded. Unlike the fools who make fun of him, while thier best upgrade is the new crystal set, or the losi tire glue. So I think this thread should be locked, because unlike you, that man is getting people who want to buy it, unlike you, that man deserves respect.

AAAHHHH Silent HunterLOSER, Looks like we found the way too over proud owner of one VERY OVER PRICED SAVAGE. :stupid:

Silent - I agree with you that buyin 5-6 25's is rediculous, unless your rich and buying them for gifts. I can totally c where your coming from, precieving everyone here as being on a negative had campaign. Bidding up his auction is so childish and immature that I don't have words for it. I do applaud the guys artistry if anything and I wouldn't e-mail the dude with hatefull and childish remarks as I have a life...lol.

The bottom line is....... that car is lucky to get going and many nieve buyers on e-bay wouldn't be privy to that. You can't do what he's done to that "1/5th" scale and expect it to perfrom well. NOt to mention that it's not a real 1/5th scale to begin with. Buyer beware..eh.

Peace

The last thing I will say as this thread is getting way too heated is if you guys like it so much than why don't you buy it?? His first asking price was $3600.00 rediculous. His new asking price even for everything that he has there is still rediculous. He would be better served to sell the items separately. This is way too heated for a hobby. Later

No poop! While I do respect the opinions, some can take certain issues just wayyyyyy too far. But hey, such is life and all is still good in my house and my coffee still tastes the same.

Haha Christian. Well I didnt mean to make this a heated competition of words, but its funny how the guys who make fun just seem to :lurk: leave when the competition actually says something. Thats okay because I actually sent him an e-mail and he says that hes checking if he has any nieve bidders, and he will keep lowering price until it gets to what he wants. He also answereed my question about the used idea, he said that when he meant new-he used it in stock form, didnt like it, and upgraded it fully so thats where its at now. So I think you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. DoNe.

Well when you go to a new car or used car lot, you NEVER pay the sticker price.

Although, every once in a while, someone will.
