ok i was reading something from savage-central form and i dont understand what this guy is saying he says "Check needle settings and ensure that the HSN is 4.5 turns outr from closed and then make sure the LSN is flush with the carb body."

when it says closed do i turn the needle conterclockwise until it feels like its tighting, then do i do 4.5 turns clockwise?

also what the heck does lsn flush with the carb body mean? 8-0
