Yellow Revo Owners

Ok I have a question....want to know what Channel the Yellow Revo is on I am hoping for Christmas I am getting a yellow Revo so I have a friend that has a Black Tmaxx and he is on channel 4 (yellow) and I want to know if the yellow Revo is on channel 4 or channel 5

When you say yellow do you mean a yellow body? or a yelllow crystal? the body color does not dertermin the your crystal color.

Actually, it does. The Revos and Tmaxxs have the body color matched to the crystal for easy identification. Possibly the Rustlers, also, but I'm not sure about them.

I ordered yellow when I got mine and got yellow for the crystal. Check out the Traxxas website, it says on there that the body color corresponds with channel. You can always buy another set of crystals, check eBay, there's usually a few sets on there cheap.

This is taken directly from the Traxxas REVO manual.

It goes by the crystal color. There is no "black" crystal color. So it may have yellow which is channel 4

i think the confusion is comin in channel color vs revo body color. the 1 yellow 1 i saw was channel 4 if i remember correctly. reminds me at our track when u ask around what channel people are on and they say 27 (argh!) lol.


its an AM system. u can get another channel if u need to very cheap. get the 1 u want and its the same channel as ur bud, then just get another channel. so if u race which i suggest u should w/a truck like that, most places want u to have at least 2 crystal sets.
