Ok I got the diffs done and the trany mounted to the chassis rails and thats it lol

Wow this Thing as Awesome. I just got the Engine mounted and the linkage ran for it. I'm going to break it in and then add my hop ups. The nice .32 Axial engine, 3 speed trany. I do have 1 question though. Are the shocks supposed to be super stiff?i can compress them all the way but they just seem really stiff. This is also my first time putting together oil filled shocks too though

How stiff the shocks are depends on the oil weight, how full you filled it and the springs. From my experience, they are stiff when first assembled, but soften up after running a little while. OR maybe I'm not doing something right.

I can tell ya, you'll wish you had done the three speed during the initial buildup; the bottom gear in the trans has to be replaced (stock is 29 tooth, 3 speed comes with a 30), and that means the whole center case has to come out.

Easiest way is to take the pipe off, then the pipe-side TVP, and all the screws holding the center trans in.

Also, now is a great time to add on dual disk brakes (in case you don't have them) and any other mods (reverse module, etc).

Cool deal. Key thing to remember when you install the reverse module; it has to be completely seated, or it won't spin freely (put the module into the case, and without any other parts in the case, put the two lower halves together and check to see if the shaft will rotate freely).

Also, make sure that the servo is set correctly; it has to actuate the modules' lever just right (too far and it'll bind; not far enough, and the gears won't fully engage).

Once you get them fully installed, you'll enjoy those mods. Especially the reverse module.

O i Will, but i still can't figure out why my shocks are so Stiff, i mean I dont even need the springs they are so stiff.

You did something wrong, they should not be that stiff. Go over the instructions again.

Ok I found the problem, I guess the shockes were supposed to be somewhat compressed when I filled the with oil, oops lol, O well I picked up some parts to make it look batter, got the aluminum uprights for the front, purple aluminum engine mount. purple alu. fuel tank mounts along with the purple fuel tank protector.
