Xv01 wheels wont turn

Hi I have built an xv01 chassis when I try to power it up on the floor it won't go, however when I lift it the wheels go round, please tell me where I've gone wrong.

Need some more info like, Manufacturer namely. I'm assuming XV01 is the model number. Got any pictures or short video clips of the problem? These things would help us, help you.
