Yeah the XTM wings are pretty cheap. I used the Proline wing and boiled it for about 10 minutes. So far I've beaten the crud out of it and it's still in one piece. As for the threaded shocks, both my XT2's have the threaded aluminum shocks. And, my neighbor and another buddy of mine bought one and his had them too. Kind of strange that your's didn't come with them though. I would try to post at global hobby's forum and ask them. There are several threads in there for that same problem. I had my buggy smokin a Hyper 8 with a V-Spec in it the other day. Also beating out some CRT's..LMAO greatest expression in the world when people find out it's all stock but the tires. Then again like everyone says, it's all about the driver.

All I did was change out the tires too and it's tearin up the track. You can't beat it for 300 bucks :celebrate3:

New XT2's have been revised. They now come with regular oil filled shocks.

But get this, SPIDER GEAR DIFFS all around!

Any ideas on weights of fluid to fill them with? They are sealed.

SIIIIIICK. I love my XT2!

Since when did they start doing the spider gear diffs, I didn't now that, other than opening up the diff is there any other way to know if I got the spider diff's. My buggy is like two week's old

if your center diff case isn't completely smooth,

You GOT SPIDERS ON YOUR MFIN BUGGY OMG!!!1!!

haha. sorry. Midnight a.d.d.

and I'm being totally serious there. Sealed, Spider gear differentials F, C, R. Pretty good trade-off from what I hear.

XT2 = The hotness. I love mine. who else does? :breakdown

Tonight it was getting colder as it got dark, and the exhaust from my 24.7 was layin on the ground and slowly rising. I love that smell, even though it burns your eyes something fierce.

I've seen, but didn't care much for their track. Only the online pictures. It doesn't look very big.

Plus, I'm really just a basher at heart. For me, competition in this hobby wouldn't suffice. I'm here to have fun. Because once you get competitive, you get picky, and start spending a lot more loot. I have my minitruck to do that on, and I also need a second car as a daily driver as my s-10 goes under the sawzall.

Thanks for the interest though, and if you can just run em on the track, that'd be sweet. it looks too smooth though.. ?
