XTM 24.7 in Revo? Possible?

hey guys the motor went out in my revo and i have an XTM 24.7 motor...is there any way i can swap that motor into the revo? thanks for help

If you have a big enough crowbar and lots of lube, sure. Seriously though, You can mount a big block in a Revo. Try using the search function because there are quite a few articles on this subject.

here ya go, dont waste your time on any other mount set up, woks with pully start and roto start motors,

if you are using a bumpstart box for a revo you might be able to get away with traxxas Big Block conversion kit, but i would still suggest the new era mount kit.

ok thx. the XTM will drop right in with just this engine mount? i will be using either a roto start or a pull start...i do have a box starter tho...can i use that on the revo?

i have never used a box on my revo's, i went straight to the rotostart's
The new era mount put the engine at an angle so the pull/roto start clears the rear upper A-arm.


I have a LRP.30 w/ pull start with traxxas BB Kit the pull start binds on the upper rear arm while waiting to get my new era mount , my buddy finally got his in and it fits perfect..
