xray recommends pushing them back coated in threadlock or CA after cleaning everything. i say call up xray and ask for a replacement. i havent had this issue yet, and with over a gallon on the car now, i doubt i will. your not the first to experience it though. hop on over to www.teamxray.com they have a forum set up now. the link is at the top of the page toward the right. mario hudy himself runs the board.

I just received my xb8, so I didn't experience, them coming loose yet, I just wanted to know in the case off .... is there anything else I should know before I start putting the kit together ??

basically it all goes together exactly as its supposed to. this is the setup you want to start off with its gene hickersons and the closest anyone has share to a dialed setup. do NOT use the small orings in the diffs. do put a little grease on the outdrives before you insert them through the case. use a bike spoke or piano wire for a pipe hanger, the included one it too beefy and has damaged some peoples pipes.

actually I'm not typing all of this read here for good tips that should be all you need. if you search around that forum there is also a front arm modification you may want to do to get more front droop out of the car.

enjoy it guys, its a fun build and car.

could one place only 2 o-rings perhaps ????

mugen have that dif setup as well with the 2 o-rings, they wear and you never actually get a constant out of them

I finished the rolling chassis and have 2 questions:

1/ I notice when I move the ends of the rear suspension arms they can be moved about a bit and that there is quite a movement possible of the armsbase upon the steel axes, this doesn't seem right, is this normal ? (2,5 degrees toe-in inserts)

2/ on the front suspension arms , there is one having the descriped 2mms. for droop setting, but the other side I have to fix it at 5 mms. to get the same visual droop , after checking, I don't see what I could have done wrong ?????

snap some pictures for us. #1 sounds like normal slop or play, that will tighten up when you get it dirty. #2 i want to see what you mean.

2/ did disapear from itself !
1/ it's just the suspension arm is a bit to loose on his axe
if it has play now , this can become quickly bigger when racing the buggy
