Psh. I predict I will own my very own fully working Savage in about a minth. But I will pay less than 250 for it.

The Hellfire is not even in the same class as a Savage. It is really for speed and handling rather than bashing and beating I suppose. It's newer, has never, stronger parts and is the top model right now. In a year it will be in the Savages place now and HPI will have introduced the newest craze.

Same reason the Revo is more spendy than the Tmaxx.. Its there new breed. If ya hear anything back, let me know. I thought that was pretty fricken steep too, but whatever..lol

620 wouldn't be so bad if it came with something better than the HPI radio. I have a question in another thread about the steering servo in the savage.. maybe you guys will have an idea.

I have a 945mg (Hitec) in my MGT and the stock steering servo in my savage.

Why in the world is the Savage servo so much faster?? It isn't supposed to be??

is this ,the new hellfire is a truggy base race rig from hpi to get into race scene ,
as for the servo thing ,
the SF2 from HPI is fats as hell but i dont think it has near the torque of the 945 sometime you have to give a little to get a little know what i mean
maybe someone else will look up the specs on it or you can for all that matters ,remeber search is your friends

The Hellfire is a Race specific truck with a lot of option parts already installed. The Savage is a back yard basher… with the ability to upgrade.

yep.. like some said everything gets cheaper as it gets older, use the sony ps2 for example. when it first came out it costed around 350$ and now u can pick one up for 115$
